José Fermín Fernández

Born in Granada and trained in the city’s traditional tablaos, José Fermín Fernández belongs to a new generation of flamenco guitarists who combine deep respect for tradition with a distinct personal voice. In 2019, he received two of the most prestigious honors in flamenco guitar: the Bordón Minero at the Festival Internacional del Cante de las Minas and first prize at the National Flamenco Guitar Competition of Córdoba.

His playing is firmly rooted in the classical flamenco tradition, yet marked by subtlety, technical clarity, and expressive depth. In concert, Fernández presents a thoughtful and intimate approach to the flamenco guitar, exploring its full range of colors and form

Nacido en Granada y formado en los tablaos de la ciudad, José Fermín Fernández pertenece a una nueva generación de guitarristas flamencos que combinan un profundo respeto por la tradición con una voz personal y distintiva. En 2019, recibió dos de los galardones más prestigiosos de la guitarra flamenca: el Bordón Minero del Festival Internacional del Cante de las Minas y el primer premio del Concurso Nacional de Guitarra Flamenca de Córdoba. 

Su toque se arraiga firmemente en la tradición clásica del flamenco, pero se distingue por su sutileza, claridad técnica y profundidad expresiva. En concierto, Fermín ofrece una propuesta reflexiva e íntima, explorando todo el abanico de colores y formas de la guitarra flamenca.

Irene Morales: RAW

RAW is a daring flamenco performance featuring dancer Irene Morales, whose movement brings ancestral intensity into sharp dialogue with the present. Rooted in Granada and shaped by Spain’s foremost stages, Morales embodies a dance language that unites precision and instinct, control and vulnerability. The work seeks a state of essentiality—a flamenco pared down to its core, where gesture, sound, and silence uncover emotional truth. Through the interplay of electronic textures, live instruments, and visceral rhythm, RAW opens new terrain for flamenco while remaining grounded in its pulse. Morales’s presence gives form to a living tradition—immediate, luminous, and profoundly human—where flamenco is not fixed in time but continually rediscovered through the body.

Irene Morales began her formal training at the Conservatory of Granada before moving to Madrid to continue her studies at the prestigious María de Ávila Superior Conservatory. During her time in the capital, she combined her studies with performances in several companies, including those of Miguel Ángel Bernal and Rafael Aguilar, and most notably in 2019, when Eva Yerbabuena invited her to join the production Lorca y la Pasión with Marina Heredia, presented at the Generalife Gardens. This marked her return to her hometown of Granada. With remarkable artistic maturity, Irene has been performing since the age of 18, both as a solo artist and with her own company.

Raquel Heredia “La Repompa"

This work invites us into the artistic universe of Raquel Heredia “La Repompa,” a dancer who carries the legacy of one of flamenco’s great dynasties. Raquel leads a journey through emotion and memory — a space where rhythm and silence, power and vulnerability, tradition and instinct coexist. Through each dance, the audience is invited into a flamenco that is both ancestral and deeply personal, guided by honesty and fire. The result is a performance that feels raw, magnetic, and profoundly human — flamenco stripped to its essence: alive, fearless, and free.

Pido Permiso es el primer espectáculo en solitario de Raquel Heredia “La Repompa.” Esta propuesta nace de la necesidad de dar un salto al abismo, un abismo que transportará a la artista a un limbo sin barreras, sin miedos y sin juicios, donde recurrirá a sus sentimientos más profundos e íntimos como la fragilidad, la nostalgia, la rabia o la serenidad como hilo conductor para encarnar cada una de sus coreografías flamencas que no te dejarán indiferente. Una obra compuesta por cuatro escenas entrelazadas, taranto, zambra, malagueña, soleá… son algunos de los palos seleccionados, mediante los cuales se pretenderá presentar un espectáculo emotivo, de raza, utilizando el fenómeno de las transiciones emocionales donde la artista nos hará llegar un flamenco muy auténtico y personal, siendo fiel siempre a sus orígenes.

This intimate work is a journey back to the traditional songs that form the soul of flamenco, reimagined with fearless artistry and emotional depth. With her unmistakable voice - raw, nuanced, and deeply human - and the guitar’s enveloping resonance, La Tremendita creates a space where memory and innovation meet. Tránsito is not just a performance, but a ritual: a return to authenticity, a dialogue between past and future, and an act of resistance against the superficial noise of our time.
