Joe's Pub Council

In celebration of the 25th anniversary of Joe’s Pub, the Joe’s Pub Council was founded to support the program’s mission and growth, as well as to secure a dedicated source of funding and engagement for The Pub.

The Council is comprised of arts lovers, philanthropists, performers, and producers – all of whom are dedicated to building a vibrant artistic community in NYC and advancing the mission of Joe’s Pub.

Council members serve as advisors to Joe’s Pub and Public Theater staff, while undertaking special initiatives designed to elevate the existing work of Joe’s Pub and enjoying special benefits in addition to those Public Theater Partners receive.

Benefits of joining the Joe’s Pub Council include:

  • Complimentary tickets to Joe’s Pub performances
  • Direct engagement with the Joe’s Pub Working Group and other Joe’s Pub resident artists
  • Cocktails and conversation with dynamic Pub artists
  • Participate in ongoing creative initiatives that uplift the 600+ artists from New York and all over the world who perform in Joe’s Pub every year
  • Public Theater Opening Night invitations
  • Reserved seats to Free Shakespeare in the Park
  • Mentorship opportunities
  • And more!

For more information on how to get involved, please email Drew Klingner, Director of Major Gifts, at dklingner@publictheater.org.

THANK YOU to our Joe’s Pub Council!
